This hotel is the actual cradle of Elite Hotels Sweden. The building dates back to the 1950s and first served as a dormitory. At the end of the 1960s the president and owner of Elite Hotels, Bicky Chakraborty, came from Calcutta in India to Stockholm to study at the university.
