If you offer Serviced Apartments, Corporate Housing, Apart-hotels and Extended Stay
and comply with the following requirements:
- • Must operate in a building providing at least 5 Apartments
- • Apartments must be available all-year round
- • Apartments may either be for Short-term Rentals or Long-term Stays
