CAS has been established by the Apartment Service to provide an accommodation solution in destinations where suitable options do not currently exist and to reduce temporary housing costs. CAS will source, create and manage accommodation that exactly matches the location and length of stay required by both individuals and groups throughout most of Europe. How does it work?



All related accommodation cost such as rent, furniture rental utilities, cleaning and any other services required can be bundled into a single payment, delivering the convenience you would expect from serviced apartments or hotels. CAS manages utility hook-ups and monthly bill paying and cleaning services. When the term ends we will handle the disconnection of all services, pick-up the rental furnishings and hand the property back to the owner or their agent. Consolidated billing and regular reporting are additional features of Complete Accommodation Solutions.
