INDUSTRY NEWS FROM ACROSS THE
GLOBE
* Marriott has opened The Sandalwood
Beijing Executive Apartments in Beijing. The property has 168 one-, two- and
three bedroom fully serviced apartments. It is Marriottґs fourth extended stay property
in China and the second in Beijing.
* Frasers Hospitality has announced its
first serviced apartments in Delhi in India
* Oakwood has launched Oakwood Residence
Garden Towers Bangna in Bangkok. The property has 167 apartments spanning 36 floors.
This is Oakwoodґs third property in the city, with a fourth plannned for opening
in late 2009.
* Leeds based serviced apartment company
Roomzzz have opened their 3rd location, Roomzzz City.
