Dear Reader,
Welcome to the October Issue of our newsletter.
September has been a busy month for us, both in public as well as behind
the scenes.
We were present at The Business Travel Conference where we experienced a successful
2 days in the company of a host of TMCпїЅs and other travel buyers and behind the
scenes our web development team has been working flat out to introduce more exciting
features to our website and enhance the usability even more.
October will see the long awaited opening of our new apartments in Madrid, Apartamentos
Sandoval.
In this newsletter a review of the TBTC, our usual availability round-up of Roomspace
Serviced Apartments across the globe, international developments in the travel industry
and an update on the Global Serviced Apartment Industry Report 2010, for which the
research is well underway.
As always, we welcome your suggestions and feed-back. Please send an email to tasnews@apartment.co.uk or better
still, visit our blog and engage in the discussion.

The Apartment Service at The Business
Travel Conference
The Apartment Service has exhibited last
month at The Business Travel Conference in the Novotel Hammersmith - West London.
The format of the show worked very well.
There were a series of workshops running throughout the 2 days and after each session,
delegates were given the opportunity to network amongst the exhibitors.
The Apartment Service has managed to gain
a lot of new contacts as well as re-affirming existing collaborations and expanding
on them. It was interesting to see that the serviced apartment concept was new to
a lot of delegates at the conference and the majority of them thought this was a
service they would be using in the future.
The Business Travel Conference was a smaller
show than most we have attended, but it worked very well as there was more opportunity
to speak to individual delegates. Overall it was a worthwhile conference for The
Apartment Service with a clear emphasis on quality rather than quantity of exhibitors.
The Apartment Service was represented
at the exhibition by our MD Charles McCrow, Nancy Mills (nancym@apartment.co.uk)
Business Development Team Leader and
Tom Baker (tomb@apartment.co.uk) - Business Development Executive.
For further information and to
discuss how The Apartment Service can assist you with your short term serviced
accommodation requirements, please feel free to contact us. | |
