NEW OPENINGS FOR
THE APARTMENT SERVICE
This month saw the official launch of Roomspace Espaсas fantastic
new apartments in the centre of Madrid “ Apartamentos
Sandoval ” . A joint venture between The Apartment Service
and Relocations Espaсa, these apartments offer clients chic, contemporary apartments in a location
20 minutes drive from the airport with good metro connections to
other areas of the city.
Set
in an historic building which has been sympathetically restored these 14
one bedroom apartments offer a mixture of old and new features designed
to offer the comforts of home that one would expect from Serviced Accommodation.
The apartments were very well
received by all the clients from major corporations within Madrid who attended the
launch on Thursday 29th October. Most of them have expressed an

* The Ascott Group has secured a contract
to manage a 132 unit new property in the Northern Vietnamese city of Hai Phong.
The property will be part of the Somerset portfolio.
* The Shama Group has opened new serviced
apartments in Dalian and Chengdu in China. Shama Central Point (Chengdu) has 200
apartments and Shama Luxe Grand Central in Dalian has 195 serviced apartments.
* Staybridge Suites (IHG) has opened Staybridge
Suites Abu Dhabi in the centre of Yas Island, close to the International Airport
and walking distance to the F1 Yas Marina Circuit. The property has 164 studio,
one- and two bedroom apartments.
* Saco Apartments has opened a new
property in London, Saco Aldgate. Located on
Leman Street
within walking distance of The City, 2 minutes walk from Aldgate East Underground.
