PRIZE DRAW – MONTHLY BOOKINGS
All clients who make a booking in one of our Roomspace Serviced Apartments for 28 days or more will go into a monthly prize draw for a three night stay for 2 people in Lisbon or in Prague.
- The competition will run from the 1st November – 31st January 2009
- Each apartment booked gets a separate entry
- The prize does not include any flights or meals
- The winner each month will be broadcast to all who had been entered in the draw and in our monthly newsletter
- The draw will be made one month later following the end of each month i.e. the November winner will be drawn at the beginning of January

- Ascott Residence Trust has acquired Somerset St. Georges Terrace in Perth (Australia). The property consists of 84 studios and one bedroom apartments
- Oakwood Worldwide has opened Oakwood Premier Prestige Bangalore (India), 177 apartments ranging from studios to three bedroom apartments
