| January Client Survey Results |
Based on a recent survey by The Apartment Service, over half of survey respondees that book apartments are also the end-users (61%). This means that there will be a relatively high level of self-interest which also determines the way in which clients book apartments.
Price is the main influence on bookings in this price conscious market-place (47%) followed by location (26%). Over three-quarters of respondees would like to book direct with apartments (77%) but half will check prices at between 4 and 7 other websites.
"The serviced apartment market is often perceived as the upper end of the market due to the high quality and value", comments Charles McCrow, Managing Director of The Apartment Service. "But our clients are infact very price-conscious, as our survey illustrates, and that is why we offer our Price Satisfaction Guarantee (see www.apartmentservice.com for details). "
