Rome Travel Tips
I would recommend wandering through the streets of Trastevere (just across the River Tibus) to enjoy the market stalls and wine bars before stopping for a meal in one of the many great restaurants.(and if there are Italians eating there it's always a good sign). |

The back streets around Piazza Navona are also excellent. Try to stay away from eating in the Piazza itself as it is expensive and not necessarily that good. Save the Piazza for a stroll later while you are eating your gelato and watching the buskers. |
