Welcome to the January 2010 Issue of our newsletter.
First of all, I would like to wish you a very prosperous, good and
especially healthy 2010. 2009 has been a challenging year for many with the collapse
of the financial markets and hopefully this new year will see a turnaround.
The Apartment Service is looking forward to the new year. Soon we
will be adding more features to our website and we are already busy preparing for
our participation in the Business Travel and Meetings Show in Earls Court in February.
We hope to continue to build on the success of our recent openings
of apartments in Madrid and various Greater London locations. We also include some
new items in our newsletter over the next few months, the first one being the
re-introduction of the City Focus.

* The Ascott Group has signed a contract to manage its third property in the Chinese
city of Xiґan. The Citadines Xiґan Xingqing Palace will open in 2011. The other
