Welcome to the December Issue of our newsletter.
It has been a busy year for The Apartment Service. We have participated
in a number of travel shows in the UK, such as the Business Travel Show in February
and the Business Travel Conference in September.
We have introduced lots of new features on our website, such as a
brand new partner program, enhanced search facilities, online booking and a brand
new property management system.
We have also seen the opening of a number of new apartment locations
for our Roomspace Serviced Apartments brand, namely in Esher, Woking, Wimbledon
and most recently Apartamentos Sandoval in Madrid.
And we won´t be slowing down in 2010!

Industry Report has now entered the final stage of research and this is a last

report we have estimated the total number of locations at just under 7000 and the

* Quest Serviced Apartments (Australia/New
Zealand) has opened Quest on Lambton in Wellington. This is Quest´s 8th property
in Wellington and its 29th in New Zealand.
The property features 46 one and two bedroom apartments spread over 10 floors.
* Toga Hospitality has opened its 50th property worldwide with Adina Apartment Hotel
Berlin Haupt Bahnhof. It is Adina´s 3rd property in Germany and consists of a mixture
of 139 studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments
* Oakwood will open its latest property in Bangkok, the 131 apartment
Oakwood Trilliant Sukhumvit 18 in early January 2010.
* Citadines Munich Arnulfpark has opened and is offering introductory rates starting
from €95 per studio per night and €140 per apartment per night for a one bedroom
apartment.
* Fraser Suites Edinburgh is now open
