Welcome to the August edition of our newsletter. The month of July
has seen a few very exciting additions to our website. Our Affiliate Program is
up and running, we have a Blog and we are currently in the last stages of testing
our GDS connectivity, but more about this in our next issue. Last but not least
we have also introduced "search by map", which makes it possible to pinpoint the
serviced apartment of your choice to the nearest street corner.

It has been
full steam ahead for The Apartment Service in the last month, with the introduction
of a number of new features on our website. We have our own Blog, our Affiliate
Program is receiving more and more interest, we have introduced "Search by Map"

After the successful opening of two serviced apartment locations in Lisbon in Portugal,
The Apartment Service is now opening their third location outside the UK in Madrid
in Spain.
Apartamentos Sandoval comprises of 14 one bedroom apartments and is ideally situated in the centre of Madrid close to the metro
stations of Bilbao and San Bernardo

launched Residence Suites Dubai Festival City. The property offers 212 studios,

* Quest Serviced Apartments (Australia/New

Pacific Hotel Conference). And also recently they have opened their latest franchise
