We are looking to recruit a Corporate Development Consultantto be responsible for handling daily reservation/booking enquiries generated by the corporate sales team & Etrak
The key objective is to achieve personal revenue & conversion targets by maximizing every sales opportunity
Also to ensure you meet & deliver to the clients’ expectations & to the agreed Standard Operating procedures & service level guidelines
To manage allocated corporate accounts & deliver growth through increased reservation conversions as per targets set
To arrange client appointments/initial consultations for Business Development executives to attend
You will have a pleasant & friendly disposition with excellent communication skills as a keen & flexible approach is imperative to this role. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, attention to detail & the ability to effectively organise your own daily tasks is a must.
Salary: to £20,000 (OTE £23,000 however bonus scheme is uncapped).
Location: Wimbledon
Reports to: Director of Sales

Key Requirements
Enquiry Handling
· To feedback on a monthly basis to the Sales manager any training areas or issues which need addressing
· To maximize conversion opportunities to deliver to the expected team & personal targets
· To handle each & every Etrak or telephone enquiry within a 2 hour time frame or at least to make initial contact with the customer, advising them of the time frame to revert back to them with an offer
· To contact the corporate accounts handled on a daily basis to see if they have any further orders
· To communicate any changes in business policies or special offers on a regular basis
· To maximise conversion opportunities to deliver to the expected team & personal targets
Sales
· To secure appointments/initial consultations for the Business Development Executives with corporate clients
· To assist with open days – sending of invites & confirming attendance
· Follow up calls to clients in relation to direct mail shots
· Carrying out check-in’s & viewings where necessary
Other
· To support the team with any day to day questions regarding the systems in place
· To complete any tasks set by the Director of Sales

Qualifications / Experience
· Will have previously worked in an office based customer service/enquiry environment
· To demonstrate good geographical knowledge of the UK
· Will have worked within a team in previous similar roles
· Clear & professional telephone handling
