Q: I already know which apartment I'm interested in; can't I just book it online now?

A: It depends on the apartment; serviced apartments operate in a very different environment to hotels so bookings can’t always be taken online. Depending on length of stay, size of party, booking dates etc. there often needs to be some negotiation that takes place before a booking can be confirmed.
