Listing your Property with The Apartment Service Network:
Adding your property is free of charge. However, The Apartment Service expects an
industry standard commission for materialized business. To add your property/properties to
The Apartment Service Network, you will need to fully complete our online registration from.
Geographical Regions:
Currently, you can only register on apartmentservice.com if your property is located in Europe or the USA. If you are located elsewhere, please email worldwide@apartmentservice.com and we will contact you with further options.
Property Size:
Your property must have a minimum of 5 apartment units in one block.
Bookings:
All reservation will be made on request, except in cases where The Apartment Service
and the property have made any arrangements to work on allocations.
Rates & Commission:
All rates listed with The Apartment Service, will need to be inclusive of
an industry standard commission for materialized business.
Payment:
You will be given several options on how payment is made, is cases where
the property will take payment directly from the client, The Apartment Service
will invoice the property for the agreed commission. In cases where The Apartment Service
will take payment from the client the property will need to invoice The Apartment Service for the
rent to
receive a cheque less agreed commission.

Cancellation Terms & Charges:
The property will be given several options for cancellation terms & charges,
if non of the options apply to your property, please add your cancellation policy
to the appropriate fields on the form.

Agency Statement:
The Apartment Service acts in all cases as an agent and not as a principal in
any agreement to rent accommodation. A contract will exist between the client and the
property.
Liability:
The Apartment Service cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions contained within this
site, or for damages, direct or consequential. The property will be held fully responsible for the
information listed.
