For 2005 there MAY be a spacious 1 bedroom - double room, with a sofa bed for an extra 2 guests so can sleep 4 in the next door residence and I should know about this one in next couple of weeks. Called La Rocheliere du lac as it overlooks a man-made lake both La Roc 3 and La Roc du Lac have use of a new large circular inground pool.

ALSO suitable for your party and nearby is another smaller residence offering 2 maisonettes, one of which is South facing and groundfloor with its own enclosed terrace. These are cosy and best for just 2 as there is a convertible sofabed, but could accommodate a bay too. Open-plan lounge/diner/corner fitted kitchen area with integral dining table etc, well-fitted shower room with separate wc and French TV.
The other studio is on North side, similar size etc and on 1st floor. Sleeps 2 + cot
