1. What exactly is the Partner Programme?

- The Partner programme is a very simple profit sharing model, allowing

your site users to book apartments via our booking system without

visibly leaving your site.

2. What does it cost to become a Partner?

- There is absolutely no charge to you whatsoever. On the contrary! We

pay you for the leads generated by your site.

3. How long does it take to join?

- Completing the form can take less than 5 minutes. You then add a

simple link onto whichever pages you wish to link from and upload them.

It is as easy as that!

4. How do I receive payment?

- You will receive payment on a monthly basis in USD by cheque.

Minimum payment is USD 100.

5. What are the main benefits of working with you?

- When you supply potential clients from your site, we pay you and do

the rest of the work ourselves. As long as your site has relevant

traffic, you will receive money for no directly related work. We offer

your users access to the largest apartment database in the world and we

negotiate the very best rates possible..

6. What happens if I receive a customer complaint?

- We are responsible for all database content and you should refer the

matter to The Apartment Service without delay.

7. Is The Apartment Service owned or in any way associated with any

other company?

- No. The Apartment Service was founded in 1981 and has traded

independently ever since. We are proud of our reputation and of our

status as the world's largest serviced apartment booking company.

8. Does membership of the Partner Programme restrict me in offering

other products or services on my site?

- No. Of course, we would not wish to be represented alongside any other

apartment booking company and if you decided to work with a competitor,

we would ask that you remove us from your site. We do not currently

envisage a problem here, as no other company offers a competitive

programme and, in the future, will be unlikely to match our range and

rates .

9. What notice of Termination of Agreement need be given?

- Termination of Contract by either Party will have immediate effect.

10. How much do I actually earn per sales lead?

- USD 2.50 is the basic payment. This is per person who makes and enquiry

so you do not need to wait until they make a booking, or worry that the

client may return later and you will not be paid. We strongly believe in

payment per lead. it is our job to offer the service that will secure

the booking.

11. How can I track requests through the Partner Programme?

- The Partner Programme Control Panel will give you all the figures you

could ever dream of, including suggestions on how to increase traffic

and profits.

12. Is there someone I can contact regarding questions or problems with

the programme?

- Yes. Initially, please e-mail programme@apartmentservice.com or call

13. If I only wish to list specific properties from the database, is

this possible?

- Yes. You may choose which accommodation type you wish to list (eg just

downtown apartments and beach villas). You can also exclude geographical

regions, so to reduce the possibility of conflict of interest arising.

14. How long has The Apartment Service Partner Programme been active?

- Launched July 2002.

15. Is the Partner Programme just another name for an affiliate

programme?

- The model is very similar. You receive money for the business you

generate. Because we work a lot closer with companies which use our

database, however, and will make many development decisions in

consultation with our Partners, we prefer to refer to a Partner

Programme.
